Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.2514 of 2026 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the T.O.A. No.08 of 2023. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.466,09,68,530/-. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this T.O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present T.O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.2514 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, T.O.A. No.08 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules. File be consigned to the Record Room after due compliance. Sd/-
