1. S.A. bearing no. 642/2024 is stated to be pending before the DRT-Jabalpur in which the appellant claiming to be one of the parties. During the course of argument, it is prayed that the necessary direction be issued to DRT-Jabalpur for expeditious disposal of the S. A. bearing No. 642/2024 in a time-bound manner.
2. Keeping in view the pendency before the DRT-Jabalpur such direction may not be possible. However, it is expected that DRT-Jabalpur shall be making every possible effort for early disposal of the SA bearing no. 642/2024. The respective counsels of the parties are also expected not to seek any unnecessary adjournment. Accordingly, the Misc. Application No. 333/2026 is disposed of.
