1. Sh. Mujtabal Kamal Sherwani, Counsel for respondent no.1 stated that he does not want to file the reply to the appeal. Sh. Jainendra Kamal Sherwani, Counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 Punjab National Bank seeks time to file response to the appeal. Let the response to the appeal, if any, be filed within 7 days from today with advance copy to the Counsel for appellant.
2. In the meantime, let the response to the applications bearing I.A. No. 1350/2026 and I.A. No. 1490/2026 be filed by the appellant and respondents no.2 and 3 with advance copy to the Counsel for respondent no.1.
3. The Allahabad High Court vide order dated 26.02.2026 passed in Writ Petition bearing W.P. No. 17096/2025 has directed to decide the application as well as appeal and further adjournment, if any, should not be granted beyond 10 days.
4. List on 02.11.2026 final hearing.
5. At this stage, Sh. Atul Bansal, Counsel for the appellant requested for next date of hearing beyond 02.11.2026 and also stated that he will inform the Counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 about change of the date.
