ORDER
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant and Respondent Bank are present.
2. When the matter is taken up for compliance, it is informed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that not even one tranche of the conditional order dated 31.7.2026 passed in the waiver application is complied.
3. Therefore, IA 1526 of 2025 (Waiver) is dismissed for non-compliance. Consequently, appeal AIR 1984 of 2025 is rejected.
