When the matter is taken up, memo is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant stating that as against the order passed by this Tribunal in the waiver application in IA 116/2026, petitioner/appellant filed CRP 6640/2026 before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras. The Hon’ble High Court of Madras passed an order directing this Tribunal not to close the appeal on the ground of non-payment of pre-deposit till the next date of hearing of the said CRP, which is to be listed on 19.11.2026. Therefore, post the matter on 07.12.2026 for further orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras. Sd/-
