It is noted that despite giving sufficient time, the office objections have not been complied with by Appellant counsel yet. Accordingly, the Appeal is declined in terms of Rule 6(4) of the DRAT Procedure Rules, 1994 as office objections not complied with in reasonable time. In case Appellant proposes to file Chamber Appeal, the same to be filed in terms of Rule 6(5) of the DRAT Procedure Rules, 1994.
