The Learned Counsel for the Appellants would submit that I.A. No. 737/2025 is filed to declare that the auction sale dated 25.11.2020 and the Sale Certificate dated 18.12.2020 stand cancelled pursuant to mutual negotiations between the parties and for withdrawal of the present Appeal. The Learned Counsel for the parties would submit that the parties shall abide by the terms of the joint memo filed by all the parties to the Appeal. Not objected to by the Respondents. Accordingly, I.A. No. 737/2025 is allowed. Regular Appeal No. 80/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the joint memo filed by the parties. All pending, I.As if any, stand dismissed.
