[O R A L] (Delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Anand Mathur, Member-A) Despite sending the link to the learned counsel for the petitioner for joining the video conference and the case being listed in the regular cause list, he has not joined the video conference today.
2. On the last listed dates i.e., 27.07.2021 and 21.12.2021 also, nobody had joined the video conference on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the T.A. is dismissed due to non appearance of petitioner.
