O R D E R

[O R A L] (Delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Anand Mathur, Member-A)

Despite sending the link to the learned counsel for the petitioner for joining the video conference and the case being listed in the regular cause list, he has not joined the video conference today. The defects as pointed out by the Registry of this Tribunal has also not been removed.

2. On the last listed date i.e., 15.12.2021 also, nobody had joined the video conference on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed due to non appearance of petitioner.
