[O R A L] Delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Rakesh Sagar Jain, Member (J): - Despite sending the pin to the learned counsel for the applicants, he has not appeared for the Video Conference. He has also not picking up the phone.
2. Shri Rahesh Thappa, learned counsel for the respondents is present.

3. The Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 20.10.2020 directed the applicants to appear before this Tribunal on 30.12.2020 i.e. today. Neither the applicants nor the learned counsel for the applicants put in appearance on behalf of the applicants.
4. It appears that applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the case. Hence, the same is dismissed due to non-appearance of applicants. No costs.
