The report of the Inquiry Committee has been forwarded by Respondent No. 3 to Respondent No. 2 on 14.12.2024, which has further been forwarded to Respondent No. 1. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned A.A.G. shall apprise this Tribunal about the steps taken by Respondent No. 1 & 2 on the basis of report of the Inquiry Committee, on the next date of hearing.
