Order of The Tribunal Mr. C M Koul, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. A R Bhat representing the applicant stated that, pursuant to directions issued by this Tribunal on 07.10.2026, whereby conditional order was passed with regard to imposition of cost of Rs. 50,000/- in case of failure to comply with the order, respondents have subsequently credited an amount of Eleven Lac Rupees approximately to the applicant's account. Learned Senior Counsel further stated that still there are some dues with regard to HRA, risk allowance, trouble allowance, etc. which are yet to be paid to the applicant. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned Addl. A.G. stated that all the pending dues have been granted to the applicant, for which he was entitled, as per rules. List on 23.11.2026. Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to release the pending dues, if any.
