Applicant's counsel stated that the Tribunal has directed to the contemnors to file the compliance report many times and this petition was lastly listed on 29.09.2026, but the same could not be taken up and has been fixed for 15.12.2026. Further she submitted that the applicant has already suffered a lot due to non implementation of the order. Therefore, he prayed for the preponement of this Contempt Petition.
