Vide order dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Tribunal in TA No. 6916/2020, whereby salary of Respondent no. 5 DFO, Forest Division, Poonch was stopped for not complying the order despite availing several opportunities. Today, Mr. Sudesh Magotra, ld. AAG submitted that the order has been complied by the respondents, so he prayed that salary may be released now. Since, the reply stands filed by the respondents, and the order has been complied, so the order dated 14.10.2025 is modified to the extent that salary of said person be released with immediate effect. Concerned D.D.O. shall ensure that salary of the said respondent is released immediately.
