AAG Order of The Tribunal This MA has been filed by the applicant praying for rectification of the typographical error crept in Judgement/Order dated 22.12.2025 passed by this Tribunal in O.A. No. 2038/2025, wherein inadvertently, number of order impugned has been written as 460-DSEJ of 25 and 461-DSEJ of 25 instead of 459-DSEJ of 25 in paras 2 & 6 which are reproduced below: "2. The applicant is aggrieved of the Order No. 460-DSEJ of 2025 dated 13.12.2025 so far as it pertains to the applicant whereby the applicant has been transferred from HS Kuntwara to HS Nagbhatna which is in violation of the Transfer Policy - 2023 notified vide order No. 103-JK(Edu) of 2023 dated 24-04-2023. It is averred by the applicant that the applicant has been transferred from Zone IV to Zone IV again. ..........
6. Until the representation of the applicant is pending with the respondents, Govt. Order No. 461-DSEJ of 2025 dated 13.12.2025 shall remain stayed, qua the applicant, and he shall be permitted to continue to perform his duties at present place of posting i.e. HS, Kuntwara; and in case, someone had joined in place of the applicant, then no coercive action shall be taken against him to join the new place of posting."
Considering the grounds raised therein in MA and submission made by the applicant, this instant MA is allowed. The paras 2 & 6 of the Judgement/Order dated 22.12.2025 passed in OA No. 2038/2025 are rectified and will henceforth be read as follows: "2. The applicant is aggrieved of the order No.459-DSEJ of 2025 dated 13-12-2025 so far as it pertains to the applicant whereby the applicant has been transferred from HS Kuntwara to HS Nagbhatna which is in violation of the Transfer Policy – 2023 notified vide order No. 103-JK (Edu) of 2023 dated 24-04-2023. It is averred by the applicant that the applicant has been transferred from Zone IV to Zone IV again. ..........
