Order of The Tribunal (THROUGH VIRTUAL MODE) Mr. P N Bhat, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant after her engagement as Consolidated Paid Worker (CPW) on 25.08.2009 by Respondent No. 5, is continuously working on the said position till date and as per Government Policy, CPWs who were engaged upto August 2011 in District Doda are to be regularized, but for reasons best known, the name of the applicant has not been included in the list for regularization though the names of the persons who were engaged after 2011 have been shown in the list. Besides, private Respondent No. 6, who was engaged on 27.11.2018 has also been included in the list. Issue notices to respondents. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned A.A.G. appears and accepts notices on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 5. Registry to issue notice to Respondent No. 6 returnable by the next date of hearing.

List on 18.03.2026. Meanwhile, subject to objections from other side and till the next date of hearing, the respondents shall permit the applicant to perform her duties as CPW.
