Nos. 5, 7, 14, 40, 64, 75 & 88 as follows:

(b) At Sl. No. 7 - MES No. 509436.

(c) At Sl. No. 14 - MES No. 508819.

(d) At Sl. No. 40 - Shashi Meena S/o Mohan Lal.

(e) At Sl. No. 64- Som Nath Rout.

(f) At Sl. No. 75 - Narendra Singh Kataria.

(g) At Sl. No. 88 - Jeevan Lal. Considering the grounds raised therein in instant MA and submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, instant MA is allowed. The Applicants' name, MES numbers and addresses of the applicants in array of parties in Judgement/Order dated 28.01.2025 passed in OA No. 36 of 2025 are corrected to the extent as follows:

(a) At Sl. No. 5 - name of Mukesh Chandra Bhat will be read as Mukesh Chandra Bhatt.

(b) At Sl. No. 7 - MES No. 509436 will be read as MES No. 509983.

(c) At Sl. No. 14 - MES No. 508819 will be read as MES No. 511386.

(d) At Sl. No. 40 - name of Shashi Meena S/o Mohan Lal will be read as Shashi Kumar Meena S/o Mohan Lal Meena.

(e) At Sl. No. 64- name of Som Nath Rout will be read as Soma Nath Rout.

(f) At Sl. No. 75 - name of Narendra Singh Kataria will be read as Narendra Singh Katariya.

(g) At Sl. No. 88 - name of Jeevan Lal will be read as Jewan Lal. The order passed hereinabove shall be treated as part and parcel of Judgement/Order dated 28.01.2025 passed in OA No. 36/2025.
