During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the applicant within a stipulated period of time.
2. Looking to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, O.A is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with rules within seven days from today also by treating her OA as part of the representation. Till the representation is considered respondents will not take any forcible action to repatriate the applicant from her present posting at Srinagar to Baramula.
3. Shri Sudesh Magotra, DAG appearing for the respondents will inform the respondents about the contents of this order and the directions given in this case. It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of the case. No costs.
