However, in terms of order dated 30-05-2026, the petitioner was directed to take necessary steps to serve the respondents 2&4 through registered post. 02/ Matter came up for consideration again on 10-08-2026 and the notings of the Registry on the file revealed that notices had already been issued on 27-08-2026. On 22-09-2026, matter was awaited for appearance of respondents 2&4. On 13-10-2026, again none appeared for respondents 2&4, as such, they were set ex parte. 03/ On perusal of the avermens made in the O.A, it is manifest that the matter pertains to the family entitlement for release of pension as other related benefits stand released already. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, I deem it proper to call the parties before the court in person, which would include the petitioner, a representative from the BSNL, who is well versed with the facts of the case as also a representative from the Life Insurance Corporation of India, who can assist the court properly on next date of hearing. 04/ List for consideration on 29-10-2026 as case number (1) in the Cause List.
