In the meanwhile, M.A 1428/2026, seeking extension of the interim direction of the court dated 30-09-2026, is allowed and the interim order dated 30-09-2026 is extended till next date of hearing. 05/ List for consideration on 18-11-2026. 06/ M.A. 1428/2026 is disposed of, accordingly.
