1. Learned counsel for the respondent No.7 filed instant M.A No. 690/2026, seeking setting aside the order dated 24.03.2026, by virtue of which ex-parte proceedings were initiated against respondent No. 7, on the grounds mentioned therein.
2. Learned counsel appearing for applicant and official respondents submits that they have no objection, if the instant M.A is allowed.
3. Heard and considered.
4. In view of the averments mentioned in the application, no objection from the other-side, coupled with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.7, M.A is allowed and the order dated 24.03.2026, is accordingly, set aside.
5. Accordingly, M.A is disposed of.
