1. On call, none has appeared on behalf of Private Respondents except Respondent Nos 10, 11, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 38, 41, 47, 49, 50, 52, 53, 57, 59, 66, 67, 69 and 70, despite service through publication. They are proceeded against ex-parte.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to supply hard as well as soft copies of the petition, to the learned counsel for the Private Respondents, Mr. Jahangir Ganaie, today itself, failing which the stay already granted in favour of the petitioners shall not be extended.
3. Perusal of the file reveals that the reply filed on behalf of Respondent No. 22, is already on record.
4. Learned counsel for the Private Respondents submits that the Respondents No. 10, 11, 19, 21, 23, 24, 27, 38, 41, 47, 49, 50, 52, 53, 57, 59, 66, 67, 69 and 70 had already been appointed on 11.10.2024, prior to the passing of interim order dated 11.10.2024. His statement is taken on record.
5. List the matter on 10.12.2026.
