1. On 13.06.2026, notice was issued to the petitioner as well as the learned counsel concerned. Learned Deputy Registrar of this Tribunal, mentioned in the order dated 13.10.2026 that "Sufficient Opportunities were given to the petitioner for the appearance and for producing the second copy. Name of petitioner and his concerned counsel called. No response."
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the second copy of T.A has not been furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner since long, which suggests that the applicant is no more interested in prosecuting the matter.
3. Further, none has appeared for the applicant in the present matter on 19.03.2025, 11.03.2026, 08.06.2026 and 13.10.2026. It is the duty of the petitioner/litigant to be vigilant and pursue his case diligently. He is required to cause his appearance on the due date of hearing.
4. The applicant has remained unrepresented for the last four effective dates of hearing and even today not appeared before this Court. Even the facility of advancing arguments through virtual mode has not been availed of. This persistent absence leaves this Tribunal with no option but to presume that the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter.
5. In view of the above, T.A. No. 4130/2020 is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if the cause still subsists in accordance with law, and subject to just exceptions from the respondents.
6. Accordingly, the T.A along with all connected M.As, if any, shall stand disposed of. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
7. The file shall be consigned to record after due completion. Prasant Kumar Member (A) Justice Ritu Tagore Member (J) Jagdish ( ps consultant )
