1. Issue notice.
2. Mr. Rais Ud Din Ganaie, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the contemnors/respondents and seeks four weeks’ time to file a compliance report/statement of facts.
3. Accordingly, four weeks’ time is granted to the respondents to file the same, with an advance copy thereof to be furnished to learned counsel for the applicant.
4. Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to comply with the directions contained in the judgment passed by this Court, provided that the same have not been set aside, stayed or modified by any competent higher forum.
