1. Issue notice in M.A. No. 1409/2026 (application seeking condonation of delay).
2. Mr. Rais Ud Din Ganaie, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and seeks time to file a reply to the application seeking condonation of delay.
