SYED MUSAIB, DAG Order of The Tribunal This M.A./1356/2026 has been filed seeking restoration of O.A./421/2024, which came to be dismissed for non prosecution on 17.09.2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the date of dismissal of the aforesaid O.A., he could not attend the Tribunal at the relevant point of time because of his personal reasons. For the reasons mentioned in the M.A. coupled with the fair submissions made at the Bar, prayer is allowed. The O.A./421/2024 is ordered to be restored to its original file along with connected M.As, however, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited in the CAT Bar Library Fund under a proper receipt.
