1. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the present M.A. No. 1403/2026 seeking preponement of the date of hearing in C.P. No. 346/2025, wherein the next date of hearing is fixed as 20.11.2026.

2. Upon perusal of the record, no sufficient ground is made out for allowing the prayer for preponement. Moreover, the date already fixed is not far off. Keeping in view the heavy pendency of old cases and the scheduling arrangements of the Tribunal, no justification is made out for advancing the date of hearing.

3. Accordingly, M.A. No. 1403/2026 is dismissed.

4. Meanwhile, the respondents/contemnors are directed to file a compliance report/statement of facts on or before the next date of hearing. In the event of failure to do so, the contemnor, Prof. Azmat Alam Khan, Registrar, Sher-i- Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir, Srinagar, shall remain present through virtual mode on the next date of hearing.

5. List the matter on the date already fixed, i.e., 20.11.2026.
