1. The instant MA No.1411/2026 arises out of OA No.936/2026, wherein the applicant seeks impleadment of Additional Director General of Police (Armed), District Police Lines, Batamaloo, Srinagar and the Commandant, IRP 20th Battalion, Armed Police Complex, Parihaspora, Baramulla as party respondents in the OA.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Mohd. Rafiq Bhat, submits that even otherwise, the Additional Director General of Police (Armed) and Commandant, IRP are necessary and proper parties and their presence can very well add to just and quick disposal of the matter. Even otherwise, Court finds that impleadment as party respondents is ultimately necessary in order to reach a just and lawful conclusion in accordance with the law.
