1. The instant MA arises out of OA No. 784/2026, wherein applicant seeks relief in reserving a post of Assistant Professor-cum-Junior Scientist in the discipline of Animal Genetics and Breeding in the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Shuhama.
2. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, issue notice. Mr. Faizan Majid Bhat, learned counsel accepts notice. Respondents to file response within two weeks positively.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the relief claimed in the MA is time specific. The respondents are bent on re-advertising the post, which otherwise applicant has led her claim. In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the main case is ordered to be preponed. Registry to take note of.
4. At this stage, Mr. Faizan Majid Bhat, learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondents are in the process of taking up the matter and considering the case of the applicant.
