For Respondent(s) Advocate : M/S. SATINDER SINGH - AAG AND SHAKIR Order of The Tribunal 01/ Vide order dated 16-09-2026, the court deemed expedient and in the interest of justice to refer the matter to the Personnel Officer, Directorate of School Education, Kashmir, for an amicable solution as he can very well fix the date and call the petitioner before him and settle the dispute.
