O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. Considering
the
facts
and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, i.e. since 05.04.2024, and also the fact that there are no criminal antecedents, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court in connection with NDPS Case No.41 of 2024 arising out of FIR No.124 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024 registered at Police Station Namkum (Kharsidag O.P.), District Ranchi, Sub Division Sadar, Jharkhand.
