2. The present appeal is already admitted and tagged to the appeal of co-accused Sanjay Rajak (Criminal Appeal No.3538 of 2026). It is not disputed that the sentence of the co-accused has been suspended and he has been enlarged on bail. It is also not in dispute that the present appellant has undergone twelve years, nine months and nine days without remission.

3. Considering the fact that the co-accused is on bail and also keeping in mind the period undergone, we are inclined to suspend the sentence and enlarge the present appellant on bail, pending hearing of the present appeal.

4. Accordingly, the appellant shall be enlarged on bail, subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

5. Digitized copy of the Trial Court records be provided to the learned counsel for both the sides.
