1. The prayer made in I.A. No.330484/2026 in S.L.P. (C.) No.18991/2026 is for bringing on record the legal representatives of petitioner No.9, namely, Jayantibhai Vishrambhai Bhojani. The details of the legal representatives are mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the application. The date of death is 10.10.2026, and in support thereof, the death certificate has also been filed.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the allowing of the aforesaid application.
3. In view of the above, I.A. No.330484/2026 in S.L.P. (C.) No.18991/2026 is allowed and the legal representatives of petitioner No.9, as mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the application, are brought on record. Let amended memo of parties be filed within a period of one (01) week from today.
