1. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties, we are of the view that the dispute between the parties can be settled through mediation. Hence, both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka at Dharwad Bench on 04.11.2026 at 11:00 A.M. without waiting for further notice to explore the possibility of amicable settlement.
