Hence, one weeks time is granted to the ld. Counsel to do the needful. Service was complete on respondent no.9 through publication on 08.09.2026 but none has entered appearance. Service was complete on proposed legal representative no.20.1 in 2024 but none has entered appearance. Service of notice has been dispensed with in respect of respondent no.14 & proposed legal representative no. 20.2 (Both are same person)in terms of Hon’ble Judge in Chamber's order dated 20.07.2026.
