Diary No. 53898/2016, an application for impleadment filed by the legal representative of deceased respondent No. 4 so far. Hence reply if any, be filed within two weeks, as sought. Service was complete on respondent nos. 3 and 9 to 13 but none has entered appearance. SLP against respondent nos. 1,2 and 5 to 8 was dismissed vide Hon’ble Judge in Chamber's order dated 15.07.2019. Cause title has been amended accordingly. If needful is done as above process as per rules and list on 03.12.2026, else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for default.
