2 Service has already been deemed complete on respondent No.6 vide Registrar Court's order dated 17.09.2026 but none has entered appearance. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has e-filed an application for substituted service in respect of respondent No.1 through paper publication in the newspapers, namely, “The Indian Express” (English) and “Kannada Prabha” (Kannda).
