**Bank of India Vs M/S Universal Timber**
Shri Alok Rai Counsel for Appellant has filed an order dated 14/10/2026 passed by the Hon'ble High Court at Allahabad in Write – C No-41793 of 2026, whereby the Impugned order dated 13.03.2026 passed by this Appellate Tribunal is set side and the matter is remitted back to the Tribunal to decide the appeal finally on merits within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
