Learned Counsel for both sides are present.
When this matter is taken up, Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that all the documents, as directed by this Tribunal in its proceedings dated 24.6.2026, is produced, except the counter filed in IA 721 of 2011. It is not known whether the counter was filed in this IA by the Respondent Bank.
Therefore, Respondent Bank is directed to state whether the counter was filed in IA 721 of 2011 and if so, produce a copy of the counter by the next hearing on 13.11.2026.
