Learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that after obtaining the interim order on 08.09.2026, appellant has deposited Rs. 10 Lakhs and seeks some more time to pay the remaining amount.
2. As prayed, finally further six weeks are granted to comply with the interim order.
3. He further submitted that on 08.09.2026 he had furnished an incorrect bank account number and prayed that the same may be corrected. Ordered.
4. The A/C No. 606102809 of ICICI Bank, T Nagar Branch mentioned in order dated 08.09.2026 shall be read as 602605058786.
