SYED MUSAIB, DAG Order of The Tribunal The applicant through the medium of the instant O.A. seeks quashment of the order of the enquiry committee report dated 16.08.2023. The applicant has approached this Tribunal after a gap of more than two years which is not in tune with the law as contained in the Section 21 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, as such the same is barred by limitation. The instant O.A is not even accompanied by an application seeking condonation of delay nor the counsel for the applicant has made any oral submission seeking condonation of delay. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be granted some time to file the CoD application. Prayer is allowed. On needful being done, registry to list the same in accordance with law.
