Order of The Tribunal
1. The instant M.A./1873/2025, arising out of O.A./446/2024, has been filed wherein the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent - J&K Public Service Commission to consider and decide the representation dated 16.12.2025 filed by the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the J&K Public Service Commission on 16.12.2025, a copy whereof has been appended with the M.A. He further submits that the respondents have neither considered nor disposed of the said representation. He further submits that the respondents were under a legal obligation to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, which, according to the petitioner, has not been done.
3. Accordingly, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant M.A./1873/2025 is disposed of with a direction upon the respondents will consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.12.2025, if filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and with due dispatch.
