1. The matter came up for consideration today. Vide order dated 12.09.2025, Shri Khanpori, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to file an application seeking impleadment of Pr. Accountant General (Audit) as respondent.
2. It appears that the same has not been done, neither the same is on file. Shri Khanpori to do it positively within one week with service of advance copy to Shri B.D. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. In case such application is filed and if it is found objection free, the same be tagged with the main file.
3. In the meanwhile, the personal appearance of Dy. Accountant General (Pension) will be dispensed with it is made clear that, in the light of law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case titled Malaya Shetty Nanda, the case of the applicant has to be viewed expeditiously.
