Learned counsel Ms. Vilas Purani for the applicant by referring the averments made in the rejoinder argued that the terms of Association and Elected Members have now been extended till 16.01.2027 and the applicant herein continues as Office Bearer. Therefore, the applicant had submitted detailed representation before the competent authority on 04.08.2026 (Annexure RJ/3) and requested that his retention order dated 15.06.2026 granting him immunity upto 24.09.2026 now further be extended upto 09.02.2027 and has also brought to the knowledge of the respondents about continuation of the interim relief granted by this Tribunal in his favour.
