Advocate Mr. Rishabh Acharya on behalf of Advocate Ms. Harshal N Pandya, counsel for the applicant present. Learned counsel submits that the claim of the applicant for grant of benefit of NFSG in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- has been decided by various orders passed by this Tribunal in identical matters which have already been complied with by the respondents and the applicant herein also claims similar benefits. Heard. "Issue Notice" to the respondents on OA, returnable by 02.12.2026. The respondents are directed to file the reply by the next date of hearing. It is made clear that no further time will be granted for filing the reply and the matter will be decided as per the pleadings available on record.
