Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the light of the fact that the genesis of the present petition was the judgment of this Court in Satya Devi's case and as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has been pleased to hold that the judgment in Satya Devi's case is not to be treated as a precedent, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the Court afresh on the same cause. The petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
