ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.10.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo seeking withdrawal of appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner. Hence, the name of the revision petitioner was directed to be printed in the cause list, and the matter was adjourned to 26.10.2026. On 26.10.2026, despite the revision petitioner's name having been printed in the cause list, there was no appearance either in person or through counsel. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 27.10.2026 to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner.
