Order
The above petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of HMOP.No.64/2025 from the file of the Family Court, Karaikkal, to the file of the Family Court at Puducherry.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that the respondent has no objection to the transfer of the proceedings to the Family Court at Puducherry.
In view of the no objection of the learned counsel for the respondent/husband, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP.No.64/2025 from the file of the Family Court, Karaikkal, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, at Puducherry.
