The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to alter the FIR in Crime No.205 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2023, and consequently, to change the Investigating Officer and conduct the investigation and file the final report.

5. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the investigation conducted, it is open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court seeking further investigation in accordance with law.
