ORDER
After applying for renewal of passport under application bearing No. MD 1075966554325 on 21.11.2025, the petitioner has approached this Court for directions to process such application.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that a charge sheet was filed in C.C. No. 1294 of 2026 before the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Chennai.
3. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to approach the Criminal Court concerned for clearance.
